How many locations can I list?
Only one facility and one provider with the associate level membership. There is no limit with the premium account.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Leave a callback number if you prefer a verbal response.
I’m not a person of color. Can I still list on Counselors of Color?
Yes, Counselors of Color is open to all counselors to list on and build their practice. Counselors of Color is for ANY counselor that works with minorities and people of color. List where clients can find you. It’s not about the counselor; it’s about the client.
How did you get my information?
The information within our database is gathered from publicly available information. Some information is obtained from the NPPES NPI Registry. (The NPI Registry Public Search is a free directory of all active National Provider Identifier (NPI) records.) Some provider information is acquired from public LinkedIn profiles. Please contact us if you want your information removed from Counselors of Color.
Can I change and update my information?
Yes, members can claim and edit their listing information.
